Delivery / Return Services

Returns 

  • Free delivery over £100, £35 standard charge anything under £100.

  • Delivery to Isle of wight, Isle of Mann, Guernsey & Jersey.

  • Our Free Standard Delivery schedule is usually 7 working days ALL DEPENDING ON STOCK from the time we receive and process your order.  You will receive a text message to arrange a convenient day for us to deliver.  We will send you a notification once the order process has been completed. 

  • Our delivery service extends throughout the UK mainland. 

  • Please inform us of any access restrictions when placing your order. It is our advice that you do not book installation contractors before receiving and checking delivered items. We do not accept responsibility for costs incurred outside of our products and services terms and conditions.

  • What to expect when your goods arrive

  • Drivers will call upon arrival and await further instruction regarding the safe unloading of their vehicle. We will no longer enter your home to deliver items, but instead, place products at a safe distance.

  • Deliveries will be made between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and where reasonably possible.

  • Drivers have been briefed in relation to PPE strict adherence during their visit.

  • Drivers are given full discretion to refuse to complete any delivery if the customer appears unwell or they do not feel it is safe to continue.

  • Delivery documentation will be left with the delivered goods and the driver will sign on your behalf with ‘Covid-19’.

  • Please check that your order is complete and undamaged

  • When your delivery arrives, carefully open the box along the tape line and do not tear or damage the packaging. After you have inspected your goods, the carrier will require a signature for the goods and may also request that you produce a form of identification to protect against credit card fraud. 

  • Please report any damages within 2 business days

  • We pride ourselves on providing a professional delivery service to ensure that our products arrive promptly, and free of damage, to your door. If you need an exchange, refund or require warranty information

  • A return can be requested for any faulty products that do not operate in line with manufacturers guidelines in accordance with the sections below.

  • A return can be requested for products that are surplus to requirements and must be returned within thirty days of delivery.

  • Special order products that are surplus to requirements cannot be returned.

  • The condition of the products must be confirmed at the point the return is requested.
